طريقة عمل البامية المفروكة السودانية | (اكلات سودانيه) | Okra Sudanese food | وصفة سودانية

Hi everyone thank you so much for the support I really appreciate it much love to you all and here is the recipe below:
The ingredients:
Onions
Lamb meat
Comba Sudanese spice
Erag el ahmar Sudanese spice
Okra
One bunch of silverbeet
Fresh dill
Salt
Black pepper powder
Garlic
Atroon Sudanese spice
In a cooking pot put onions and some oil and stir fry until the onion is dark brown colour, then add the meat and mix for a few minutes and add water and salt and comba spices as well as the erag el ahmar spice and cover and let it cook until the onions are dissolved then in a processor put in freshly cut okra and dill and mix to a fine texture and separately cut the silverbeet bunch and put in the processor add some water and mix until you get a fine texture then add both okra and silverbeet inside the cooked meat and onions mix well then add garlic and atroon and black pepper stir it well and cover and lest it slowly cook for about 20 to 30 minutes and it’s done enjoy 😊
