You went ahead to roll it out and we have mass produced graduates into University who are not solid in the foundations for tertiary education. The focus is to ensure quality across the different educational levels. Modernising TVET doesn’t produce quality when the system producing those who are meant to deliver the education are not modernised. This digital revolution you are referring to where teachers are given laptops and students are shown on tv to be pressing computers is not the answer. We have serious problems with the people who deliver digital education, and there’s no clear plan to achieve that. Our teacher training colleges are not focused on technology. So how will teachers deliver the technology driven education you are talking about. So NDC produced the Agyadie Document and NPP is implementing it??
