Napo was right. How can Dzifa Gomeshie and MPs from Volta region object to government budget because of tidal waves in Keta? The question Napo asked was when was there flooding in Ashanti region and Ashanti MPs refused to pass a government budget?

Minority was making noise and threatening wanted Keta to be included, so what was why only Keta because there are other places also affected including Kumasi and said if that's case they should include those places otherwise he will lead a demonstration against his own government. The problem Kuffour finished the first phase of the project, meanwhile there two loans secured 1996 and 1999 but nothing much was done until 2004.
