First off all, I really like your voice and confidence on your presentation. What ever steps you mentioned all are really helpful to gain build good communication and any improvement in our life. Now a days anyone need only learning enthusiasts there is many ways to learn.
When you start teaching English then I feel one day i aslo speaking English and dilver to lecture in any stage. Because I learn lot of your style of teaching and you create a build confidence . one of the main problem is hesitation when I speak groups of people. But when hesitation is come out then you speak a well speaking English.
