Dear Simerjeet, I was reading a book "Think and win like Dhoni" And there I came to know that whatever you want to achieve in your life in that the process is very important and not the results so I want you to elaborate in that as these gonna be common doubt, Now a days I have started practicing on the process but the fear always comes about the results, whether I will he able to to achieve it or not? I am pretty much sure that you view will definitely boost my confidence and will have more lucidity in following the process!
Thanks for raising this very important point. I'm also a big believer of the fact that process is more important than the results. Because the process is in your hands and results are not fully in your hands. Sometimes you will get good results purely due to a stroke of good luck but without a process. Such successes are not sustainable. However, when you develop a good process, you may not immediately get the desired results but you will be laying the foundation of your long term success. Even I had came across the same situation in one of the corporate office. While I was interviewed by lady .But I strongly oops her with politeness making her understand that our every political leaders, Actors, Crickets speak normal English. But she was not Conway with me. And there I came to know that whatever you want to achieve in your life in that the process is very important and not the results so I want you to elaborate in that as these gonna be common doubt, Now a days I have started practicing on the process but the fear always comes about the results, whether I will he able to to achieve it or not?
I am pretty much sure that you view will definitely boost my confidence and will have more lucidity in following the process!
Thanks for raising this very important point. I'm also a big believer of the fact that process is more important than the results. Because the process is in your hands and results are not fully in your hands. Sometimes you will get good results purely due to a stroke of good luck but without a process. Such successes are not sustainable. However, when you develop a good process, you may not immediately get the desired results but you will be laying the foundation of your long term success. Simerjeet, I really appreciate your videos and slatue you, the way you helping and teaching our society and specially youngsters about the real values and importance's of there mother tounge. Unfortunately most of the pupls in our country specifically pin pointing corporate world office's, American excent or British excent they think that's fluent English. Even I had came across the same situation in one of the corporate office. While I was interviewed by lady .But I strongly oops her with politeness making her understand that our every political leaders, Actors, Crickets speak normal English.
But she was not Conway with me. I was used to worked for us clients. And interact in normal English. I wish I could come across you earlier in year 2001.
