That will just make highlights, midtones and shadow similar but there is more into cinematic color grading, first of all need a film emulation and work on not only the hms tones but also the gamma and contrast after that the color skin.

BTW this is avaialable in FCP and DaVinci resolve as well. Also way easier in those software. DaVinci being free software and FCP costing a fraction of Premiere.

It depends on the accuracy of the video that comes straight out of the camera, but I always recommend to make some minor tweaks if necessary
