Samura didnt have the enchanted blade. Out of respect you can see that he swaps it with a normal blade thats leaning on the railing he put the enchanted sword on. I think i commented this before but i forgor

He only swaped for the dule, Chihero got the full enchanted blade- honestly probly why Samura could heal them after a time delay. Cuz the doctors were confused with wtf Samura did to do that aswell. Thats why the dule left them dead and only Chihero came back

Realize the heal hasnt happened yet but never the less- my goat Samura did have a respectful dule
