For the point you wanted to make isn't the Ad story unnecessary? Like all you had was the story of Dabbawala. So let's make the Ad out of it and to deliberately make some point, write they are also "tough". Makes no sense. Time wasted (a 3 minute Ad!) which costs a lot of money, also wasted. Just my opinion.
