The man is failing a very simple thing. And that is to differentiate the party in power and the national army. He refers to the opposition as his rivals and also refers to the governing party's losses as if they are army losses.
It was your own choice pursuing your own interests not liberating Uganda. You have enriched yourselves. But remember Uganda and build Uganda before you die.
