Sir ji main ak problem main par gaya mera kal DV hain lekin provisional degree nehi mila graduation ka lekin graduation ka sara marksheets hain..kya kare kuch samaj main nehi a raha hain..aj bola tha ki degree certificate de dega lekin achanak se chutti kar diya University
@@santanudas928 Dear provisional certificate not required if you are in position of original degree ,if you do not have both then attend your dv , relax ,one deficiency undertaking certificate will be signed by you stating that you will deposit at the time of joining.

Once case is cleared ,you are found not guilty ,then there is no problem in sbi joining

One format may be signed by any gazetted officer , other one is for signing by District magistrate

There is no link between Referee and Police verification, You can give any 2 persons as referees within india.
