Thanks for having me on to discuss this topic. I had a blast. I look forward to our future discussions!
The game that's taught me the most about reacting to the players is Godbound by Kevin Crawford. Running that definitely spills over into other systems and genres, especially since the PCs are so unpredictable.
As someone who's recently dived into a lot of your videos thank you for making stuff like this! I've been a 99% custom adventure GM for my entire time running games, and recently getting into Savage Worlds for a Fallout game a lot of your videos have been really helpful!
Thanks for your kind words. It's really appreciated
I’ve had great experiences using what Justin Alexander calls Node-Based adventure design. My players have told me the adventures feel like playing in a procedural TV show, which I count as a high compliment. Alexander has a number of articles on his blog about Node-Based Design, and he goes into greater detail in his recent book.
Thanks for sharing! I will have to look into that.
By any chance, do you have a podcast?
My weekly streams I have as a TH-cam podcast, but I don't push it to any other platforms at this time.
Fyi, weary means tired. Wary means cautious.
Did the captions misspell it?
