The game actually has a secret ending (although very short, arguably disappointing). To get it, you need to bring 2 cats to the final screen, and then bring a cat onto the teleporter itself (while avoiding the sparkly dots on the left side).
This game reminds me of paquerette where the mechanics are simple but the depth of how they interact goes so deep you keep wondering how one thing works with another

It's funny hearing tyler say puzzles are impossible because when I played the n step steve trilogy I remember thinking the same thing a lot of the time.

This game somehow reminds me "escape from puppy death factory" whenever i hear the dog barking sounds when he rescues a kitten. The game itself is a puzzle-platformer, semi open world(?) puzzle game where your mission is rescuing all the puppys and escape the planet itself. The game is pretty cool overall, i highly recommend you to look at it. Maybe you lave it and play it, maybe you dont. Its up to you.
n-step steve part 2 is massive, and I still haven't completed it yet. I actually completed part 1 and then forgot it existed because of how long I spent on part 2, then thinking that the title n-step steve (part 2) was in reference to it being a continuation on 5-step steve. I can't wait for the discoveries of n-step steve (part 2) there are some very good moments in that game (also some nice references if you can find them)
There is another way to get the star at 6:57. You can get control of 2 cats, get one underneath the 5 flag at the top right and then simply push the rock right and up with the other cat. The cat under the 5 flag will then be able to push the rock and flag left, standing on that flag will give you enough moves to get to the star.
4:33 when you solved a puzzle in one day that took Tyler two For real tho these puzzles are so hard, and Tyler seems to go through them so quickly, it's nice to know even he can have trouble. I gave up on part 2 because it was too hard for me tho
Some tips for getting stars: Go to room 9, 14 and do something (you need to do this to get like 50% of the stars) Having 2 steves on 2 flags and dying causes them both to respawn along with any dead steves initially in the room. Dead steves can collect stars Stars can be pushed with rocks/statues Standing on 2 wormholes at the same time does something
