Thanks for watching. When I make it again, I will probably use 11/2 lbs of ground beef and about two cups of sour cream. It tasted great and we have enough to freeze for future meals. Your family day looked like a lot of fun for every one. We used to have about 33 people here for our get togethers, but we had to cut back this year. It is just to much work for us now. No wonder John Wayne ain't with us anymore LOL now I'm just kidding my wife makes light in a glass baking dish in the oven exactly the same way only we substitute the ground beef for ground pork we don't eat beef in this house
