İKCU DAT Camp Climbing Training - Kaynaklar/Buca

We successfully completed the Camp Climbing Training in Kaynaklar Village in Buca, Izmir at the weekend with İKCU DAT Group.
We arrived at Kaynaklar Village around 10 am after we got ready and set off in the early hours of the morning on Saturday. After we had our breakfast and shopping, we moved towards the campsite. The camping area is a 10-minute walk from the center. So it's easy to go and get it when you have an urgent need. There are also foods prepared by the people in the square. You can even eat your hot pancakes from the aunts who make pancakes.
After reaching the campsite, we set up our tents and set off towards the place where we would climb. The place we went to on the first day was a steep and somewhat distant place. After arriving at the area we will be climbing, our friend Geylani prepared the route by climbing the leader. Afterwards, everyone tried to complete the routes in turn. I could not reach the summit on either route, but I was able to reach a certain point on my own. It was also quite difficult compared to the artificial wall. But this experience was pretty good for me. We would also like to thank the İKCU DAT Police Officers who caught and protected us when we fell during the climb :) Apart from the climb, the friends had a lot of fun and took pictures. In the evening, after dark, we set off to return to the campsite.
After we prepared and ate our dinner, we chatted by the fire. After the conversation, we dived into the songs with the beautiful voice and guitar of our friend Ertuğrul. It was a beautiful night of camping. After sitting up late, we continued to sleep. In the morning, we did our nature walk without breakfast. In this way, we had the chance to discover new places. We also discovered new wood sources :) After reaching the destination, we returned to the campsite and had our breakfast. We got ready and set off to the place where there are different routes for climbing again.
After reaching our climbing route, Geylani opened the route by climbing the leader again. Again, everyone tried to get out. On my 3rd route, I couldn't get to a certain point and go beyond. But on my 4th route, I was able to reach the summit without falling. I hope me and other friends can manage to go out other routes. We continued the day by having fun times as usual. Among those waiting in line, those with dance knowledge also tried to teach dance to others, creating an environment of dancing. At the end of the day, I tried to climb the 3rd route again, but I could not reach the summit again. As it got dark, we set off again and came to the campsite. We collected our tents, belongings and garbage and moved to the village center. We ate dinner there and started our journey to the center of Izmir.
We had a nice camp with İKCU DAT. In this training, we had different activities such as camping, climbing and trekking. Thanks to those who contributed, everyone who participated and İKCU DAT who provided this environment!
