Thank you for this tutorial. I've found few artists on youtube that paint woodland with so many greens. I think it's really worth it! I especially loved your attention to the colour variation in the first wash. You've given me plenty inspiration!

Really nice painting. Two questions. Since you are obviously left-handed, why do you have paints, water on the right side forcing you to constantly cross your body while painting? Second, it would be nice to move the camera angle to one upper corner so that the 1/4 screen space that is blank could instead show your palette, mixing pan etc. It is really interesting to see how other painters do these things like mixing, how much water, choice of brush etc.
Question to you... do you ever think about tree reflection shadow of long stick will show or you prefer river is not move faster flow will not show the tree shadow view?
