Your lesson deserves to be an example not only of a teacher, but also of a lawyer, and a psychologist, and a diplomat, and the wrongly accused engineer. My answer to your question 2: "Your points are valid and I agree with what you said about the standard way of the decision of this task. Based on my experience it is easier and shorter.
    Thank you so much!

Very interesting...you advise against introducing your opposing points of view without words like "but" or "however"...these words that learners have been trained for so long to introduce contradictory statements! I think you have a great suggestion there! I also like your point about getting a notebook and practicing, so that these words don't jump in automatically.
Hearing the other, acknowledging their point of view, and using "I" statements...just these two will make a huge difference in keeping communication open and not raising people's defenses right off the bat. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
And YESSS to the advice to CLARIFY the other's position! These tips are so helpful for both personal and professional relationships, regardless of the speakers' language background. ☺️

I don´t feel tired saying that I love your videos! The best of these it´s that while I learning how to use the English language, I also learn how to manage some situations of life: like a list of bullets about how to do in the situations that happened in my daily life. You are the best therapist or guru, Annmarie.
Although I can listen to whole the video because I have the ability to understand you (and subtitles in English have a great helper), I usually put pause several times, because I´m founding always three or four words that wakeup on any topic: and finally I get to learn something more.
Today, for example, you told the word “differing”. And I went to the dictionary to search about the difference between words differing and different. Or for example my endless issue with the pronunciation of the word “passion” (because I use to pronounce that very similar to the word patience!
Well, As you can see: I get a lot of advance of your videos.
    Thank you!.

Reply to Question 1: - I understand and share your concern about children being away from school for so long , and your preference that they should go back to the classroom in september 2021. It seems to me that with this delta variant of the virus we can no longer be safe and at peace with the idea of our kids being close in the school environment and it's my opinion that we should wait until 2022.
(Hope not!!!! Hoping that we can get the situation under control)

I truly understand your concern about children going back to school. In my opinion, it is about time to reopen the school. Some researchers have proven that the virus is not harmful in children as they are in adults and elderly. let's consider that if the virus will not go away by 2022. so children will be drastically affected in their education if they don't go back to school now. the solution is everyone gets vaccinated and it is happening. Regarding this children should go back to school safely.

    Question 1:
I understand your concern. Because children back to school that maybe threaten their life.
Based on my experience, majority children couldn’t study hard in online classes and they will feel bored at home for long-term and they couldn’t increase social skills and so on……
I think this issue is very important to be discussed for everyone.

I really appreciate your consideration about the children's health in this pandemic, Well it seems to be taking all the precautions beforehand will not cause any harm. Also, we should be mindful about not allowing the children to
go to their school will cause even more harm in terms of physical and mental.
I think you have made a valid point, what if we can make the school run with few children on one day, and with other few children on another day also following all the precautions and guidelines of covid.
