The drum majors are on fleet. They have great precision and stamina. The band also has good sound. I hope that each and everyone of the students go on to be successful contrbuting members of society. This good discipline at a young age should help them to apply themselves. May God Bless.
Leave it to those damn horses pooping everywhere...great video! I am impressed with the whole band! I love their dedication and how proud they are! May they go on to bright futures! It has been a pleasure watching these videos. I remember almost 30 years ago when the bands would battle it out at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas Tx!! I was hooked after I went to one in 2000. The feeling in the air when they would do their thing!! I loved it then and even more know. Thanks for posting this!
jkeyz - their head drum major actually went to jackson state in 2018 and is now the current head drum major at jsu. also, one of the drum majors from ek is a j5 aswell
I have to keep reminding myself that this is high school band not college cause there so good. And that girl that's in front as a March major she should be out of high school by now and going to college or University. She started in 2017 her performance is excellent. Please no bad comments

This high school band is better than most college bands. They are very good.
Phenomenal performance Edna Karr High School! Their band sounds like HBCU bands. I hear you all playing some of my favorite songs. Great sound!

Take a trip down South to Florida and check out Dillard High School band The Marching Panthers I think you will enjoy them.
