I have the slash cut ceramic version. How did you get the baffle out?? I see a screw on the side, but what then. Does it pull out from the rear or open end? Thanks

I swear I replied to this, and it's been a year so I assume you figured it out, but just in case: remove the screw from the side of the housing, grab a set of needle nose and pinch the screw mount on the db killer and pull. The tolerances are pretty tight so it's tough.

its friction mounted at least on my bullnose once the screw is out you just need to stick a wood handle from a rubber mallet and tap tap taparoo it out

are you using any additional silencers or you are talking about the stock one.
are you using a Power commander or Booster plug with it.
Is it too loud compared to stock exhaust

Stock silencer that comes pre-installed from Delkevic.
No power Commander or booster plug, the exhaust has the same back pressure as the stock exhaust so no fuel mods needed. However, people have said the booster plug is a great idea on this bike no matter what.
It is drastically louder than stock, but I like its current volume. Without the silencer, in my opinion it is too loud.
I believe it is better to be heard if I cannot be seen. Both is ideal.

I put the booster plug on my 650 S and it changed my life. I can ride very slow in parking lots and it does not “Jake brake” when you let off the gas. The same at highway speeds where if you let go of the throttle to scratch your nose the engine jake brakes slowing you so fast you almost slide forward in the seat and it slows extremely fast. Those were the most noticeable improvements. At slow speeds I had to feather the clutch constantly in and out of the friction zone and now I can simply ride at 1 mph.

prolly already answered but delkevic makes their exhausts for the most part in such away as to not need a reflash.... i just bolted my 16 inch bullnose on and away i went. it does take extra effort to start tho...

better with silencer. I am wondering that how your Vulcan is still running with the foot out. My 2017 modell shot down the motor as soon as you put her on the sidefoot.

If it's in neutral it will idle with the kickstand down, however if you're in gear putting the stand down cuts the engine off. Your bike might have a bad neutral indicator, it's a small issue with some models.

Hello fellow Commander. I see you like bikes as well.
    I have a 2020 30 Anniversary edition Fat Boy.
I just read some comments of yours on thargoid lore. Followed you here.

Thank you sir, I don't make much elite content anymore because they haven't added anything particularly notable in ages. I'm excited for the on-foot interactions with thargoids :D

How much does the wind shield help?

    • @Arleer158
      @Arleer158  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

The fairing is pretty good, it directs all the wind at my helmet rather than my chest, which is fantastic for venting in the summer.
