In the 90's we were chasing the 70's to be as great as them. We didn't realize at the time that we were right there with them till 20 years later.

I love both eras, but man...70s had a lot of cheese filler, especially ballad-wise
90s shits over the 70s, recession, Cold War tensions, failures of Vietnam and Iran, oil crises. An awful depressing decade, inspired some great music and movies though.

Not having phones was the best part of the 90's. People are actually enjoying the music which is way better that what trash exists today and they're not trying to watch it on their phone by filming it while its going on live.

Saw these guys in Vancouver play... Edgefest 99? They sounded so good live I remember getting right under the lead guitarist and he was just killing that riff. What a time to love music.

They were around 10 years before this song. They deserved every bit of fame they got from this song. There were so many one hit wonders back then, but I'm coming back to these guys. Their songs and I saw them live once- they are very polished and entertaining musicians!

I HATED this song in 1999. Still don't like it. But I will say this, this actually sounds like it did in the studio recording. Unlike modern popular music today which sounds like lip syncing when performed.
