I love the original, but this version is great, and I watch it more. Some covers are great, and this group hit it out of the proverbial park. This version definitely has the "magic." Goes to show you that maybe the big movie producers should look for talent in unusual places sometimes.

This is the only cover so far I’ve seen with both orchestra and rock, and it sounds amazing.
I really want this to be like a HS band director and the band playing a badass after school cover project together. Like he just came in one day and was like, “ok guys, so I’ve been wanting to sing this cover.” And they were like, “we got you.”

I commented 6 years ago and am commenting again - this mix is amazing - slight distortion/saturation on the overall mix but still sounds absolutely fantastic - are you still producing? I love the raw drums, the mix and the panning is spot on, the vocalist is 100% (top man), bass was great and good vibes during chorus (1/8th notes driving). Love it, again.
