after calibration , why my vale is operating between 50 to 100 percent.. what i meant physical valve is 50 percent but positioner reads is 4 ma, o percent and operates from this range

Hi Bro I am facing problem in calibration after finish the calibration when I changed from manual to auto. 99.7reading is showing and down Ex Up is showing and not changing in Auto

See, brother, it is not supposed to stop at normal run 1. Actuator has a range from 0 to 100. If valve gets stuck inside it while operating,Then Run 1 Failed will show.
Please Check, valve is stuck somewhere when it is open or closed.
