    I agree that this is not a case for everyone. Now days the case is not existence but you can still get it second hand. In 2022 Hdplex release the 250 GaN so you can run it it brickless and up to 3060 ti undervolted. So if you are looking for a long lasting case with the limitation of the 210 mm length on the GPU this is the case for you. But good luck finding one.

Any idea how to fix problem?

    • @AliensStoleMyCow
      @AliensStoleMyCow  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not sure if we can solve your problem as it could be multiple things. Firstly what cooler are you running. Secondly have you done any prime 95 runs on the CPU set to small FTT Maximum heat?

      @AliensStoleMyCow  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@GFDthatsMe Also beware that the GPU once heated will compromise the air supply to the CPU cooler and cause over heating in roughly 5-10 mins. Change the L9a fan to the full size 25mm version. It should still fit and improve temps. If it is your GPU causing the CPU to overheat you need to make a divider out of card or something to separate the lower GPU half with the CPU half.

      Excellent question. Mine has been running daily for the last 3 years and it's been fine with the Dell 330w brick. Obviously when it comes to realiability it depends on luck but if you feel how solid the actual unit is, it seems like it was built to last. German engineering right?

    I'll go ahead and ask because I am quasi planning an idea for a build. Would a power color AMD 5700 itx card work with a AMD 5600x ryzen 5 cpu? The video card seems to say it needs more power than other sources say.

    • @AliensStoleMyCow
      @AliensStoleMyCow  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It will work depending on your PSU combination. With the Dell 330w brick your pushing the limits a little. You may have to use software to limit the GPU power. The card looks like it's small enough for you to fit a Brickless PSU in the GPU camber. Both ways have pros and cons

    • @cold0ero

      @@AliensStoleMyCow What if I took the CPU and put it into ECO mode and let it run at say a 45 TDP which seems to be possible with the AMD processors? You think that would give me the extra umph I'd need without sacrificing too much processor wise?

    • @AliensStoleMyCow
      @AliensStoleMyCow  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@cold0ero yes. You lower the power envelope slightly and try an undervolt, but it would be mostly your GPU that would be drawing the power. You need to limit the power draw of that.

    I bought the Dell brick a couple of years back, but never actually used it...

    • @AliensStoleMyCow

      There are other options now but I bought this case 3 years ago and the AC-DC didn't exist. Also when using a Zotac Mini GPU there's very little space to fit a psu inside as that whole area is taken up.

    I have to ask for a day off from work so I can go to the main post office in the state capital, a 3 hour drive from my home town, to pay the customs tax and pick up my DAN A4 case. The postmen inspecting my package couldn't believe a small PC case could cost so much.
    On side note a researcher from a Japanese university was also there waiting for his package to be cleared. He claimed he was helping local researchers to stem the mass die-off of local prawns, He's been experimenting with some type of moss that eats up the contaminant that's killing off the prawns back in Japan but the package is held up by customs because it was an unknown, undeclared substance.
