    Consumers awareness is not there....RERA to be implemented strictly....Trust and belief has more impact....We trust people..That trust is encashed today...Apart from trust cross check to be made by customers

    Excellent info Sir. Thank you. we got duped in a big way by RP CONSTRUCTIONS, VIJAYAWADA. They duped lot for problem. we put hard earned money in lakhs....waiting for getting our plots since 8 years.

    While prices are overwhelmingly overpriced and there is no control over the builders hiking the just like that. For Few people UDF and prelaunch offers will be like hotcake. I think there should he control on buildings overpriced.

    no other city allows real estate business like it is done in Hyderabad. They take land from on GPA from farmers and make ventures and sell. They do not have any liability or investment. Bangalore has so much different rules. a real estate venture in Bangalore demands - that the veturist buys 50% land atleast before venture. develop with his own money get approval and then only sell to it to people.
    lately I heard in Andhra , government is charging extra surcharge payable to government and other rules like owning the land etc. hence this wild venturing of land has come down a lot.

      Hyderabad realestate will never collapse...if happens also will come back with double rates in few months...in india due to heavy poplulation realestate never goes back until some special cases like state partition or cases like amaravathi...
