    Hey Greg, love your stuff! Your use of maps and flowcharts is really effective. Do you have any content on how to utilize these, particularly as a sales tool? Or could you point me in the right direction of where you learnt to use them? I’m looking to leverage these throughout my business but am particularly interested in creating a customer journey map to show prospects on demo calls. I’m struggling to find any info online! I appreciate the help!

      Thanks. we do this with our clients a bit deeper but I don't currently have a video on this very thing. Can add it to the queue. I sort of picked it up over the years and in buying courses and working with mentors and it was a hodge podge of sources so don't really have any one particular one. There are some good videos if you search youtube for "mapping workflows" and "mapping the client journey". Search my channel as I have a few on that specifically.
