What does their economic outlook look like for the next five years? I am very bearish on continental Europe for both the medium- and long-term. Even in the short-term, UK is arguable already in a recession and if not, they will be next year. Why buy any European assets now? Just my humble opinion, but I feel like you are diluting your brand with these real estate infomercial videos.
