    Very clear review sir. i watch this when the humidifier arrived, you can put the essential oil in the yellow rectangular rubber when you lift it. 🤗

      Yes I’m aware that you can put essential oils into the little yellow container but for our sanitizer solution, we don’t add or dilute it with anything

    hi, what should i do if my diffuser has no mist?😥can u help me pls.

    • @lioneyew
      @lioneyew  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      remove the tank, give the base unit a quick scrub with a toothbrush especially around the black rubber ring. Sometimes, particles in the water can clog up the system. Also, look out for a little floating device that's attached to a stem. Sometimes, the float gets stuck and that may either cause water from the tank to over-fill the base unit. All else fails, call the company you bought it from and ask them for technical support

    • @lioneyew
      @lioneyew  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      We have our sanitizer solution that is HOCL (water based hypochlorous acid). We recommend this instead of using alcohol based sanitizers as this has been proven to be more effective than any other sanitizer products in the market. • @lioneyew

      they say that it doesnt diffuse it well, as it is only a "humidifier" and not a "diffuser".

      Because of the sanitizer solution that I use, I get salt particles forming at the black ring at the base unit. Can u explain about E1 error?

    • @lioneyew
      @lioneyew  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      There are only 2 possible reasons why E1 shows on your display:
      1. Your tank is empty
      2. The float in the base unit is stuck and therefore the machine thinks that there’s no water
