Garner state park is situated at the Hill Country side of Texas in the town of Concan. The Frio river water is from a spring, that's why it's so clear and cool during the hot summer days in Texas. There was a lot of families gathering for many years and a lot of fun and activities during summer time.
I decided to make this videos to share my experiences and learnings on my travels,
