I come from a family of non-fishers. Not even my distant kin fish. Your dad and a few of the others (Dance, Houston, etc) in the 70s-80s pretty much taught me how to fish via TV shows and magazines. And now I'm just turning 60 I'm still learning from you Scott. Please keep up the amazing work that you do so future generations can continue to learn from you.
I have watched hundreds of fishing videos this one is the best yet. I wish I could have fished with my daddy he was killed in a commercial fishing accident in Cortez FL when I was four years old but my grandpa sure taught me everything I needed to know about being a great fisherman And the one thing that you will always catch on every fishing trip is a boat load of memories!!!
That is awesome too see you and your dad together on your home lake ( Okeechobee) .I was born in Tampa and my father lived there with his father and they got to fish Florida in the late 50s and 60s when Florida wasn't so built up it was amazing to listen to the stories of the big bass and other fish they caught. Heck my mother use to wade and fish with my dad in the ponds and when the gators would swim to close she would slap them in the head with the fishing pole to get them to swim away. My mom has been passed for 30yrs and dad passed 11yrs ago so its awesome seeing yins fishing together enjoy every minute of it Scott and Roland love watching you.

You better thank God Almighty every single day that you still have your mom and dad with you☝️🙏 You're so stinking blessed and they're not just a mom and dad; they're great parents and great people. These gentlemen are rich, famous, successful, and basically have life made. Yet they’re both humble and love God. They don’t brag or bully. They build everyone up, and cheer on their competition. These guys are truly what fishing is all about.
Love seeing you fish with your dad, I've got alot of respect for both of you, family first! I met Roland in Clewiston at a restaurant there about 33 years ago, and yourself on the lake during a Big Bass Tournament about 22 years ago. I haven't forgotten either chance meeting, and ya'll changed my mind about professional bass fishing for the better since those days. Love ya'll ❤
I grew up idolizing your dad Bill dance Jimmy Houston they made me the bass fisherman that I am today . I would give my right arm to spend the day in the boat with Mr Roland or either of the other 2 gentlemen I mentioned . It would definitely be the trip of a lifetime.
