It told u to take that kid fishing even though u didnt need to or have to but u listened to it and u did and u and him were both blessed. Best thing I have seen all week. When I was little I got to ride in the boat with The General as they pulled him out and into the stadium for the Redman championship in Tampa many years ago and I will never forget it. This was the best thing I've seen you do yet. That meant the world to that kid and he will forever cherish that short trip out with you. I don't even know what else to say man, it really was amazing, thank you for doing that and letting us be a part of it through your TH-cam channel. Wish more pros did things like this more often. Mr. Martin, I know I am late with the comment but watching people do things like this for folks they don't even know simply because they can is what makes me want to continue when life is beating down hard and it seems like everyone is out for themselves. This act of sharing your time and presence will mean more to this kid and his father than anything else that happens on their vacation. You did that and it didn't cost you or them a dime. A cynic will point out the cost of the some random bs about the cost of the vacation or the costs of your time, etc.....and to them I say, "You keep on keeping score on things that don't matter...the rest of us are smiling ear to ear with joy and humility as we watch this video and knowing that change is hard but oh so worth it." That was pure gold man. That kid got yo go out on his heroes boat, vith his dad and his hero. He got to experience grabbing big bass and halling them on board for his hero and his dad. Mr. Martin, I know I am late with the comment but watching people do things like this for folks they don't even know simply because they can is what makes me want to continue when life is beating down hard and it seems like everyone is out for themselves. This act of sharing your time and presence will mean more to this kid and his father than anything else that happens on their vacation. You did that and it didn't cost you or them a dime. A cynic will point out the cost of the some random bs about the cost of the vacation or the costs of your time, etc.....and to them I say, "You keep on keeping score on things that don't matter...the rest of us are smiling ear to ear with joy and humility as we watch this video and knowing that change is hard but oh so worth it." THANK YOU SCOTT, BEST TO YOU AND YOURS.

That was pure gold man. That kid got yo go out on his heroes boat, vith his dad and his hero. He got to experience grabbing big bass and halling them on board for his hero and his dad. The next thing you know, dam that kid caught one himself which was by far his PB and he did it with his bass fishing guru and his dad. WOW WOW WOW!!! The reaction by this kid was real and dope man. Dam it!! That was great. This is what being a Fisherman is all about. Sharing the joy and the glory. God bless you and your family Scott.

What an AWESOME vid Scott! This young man will remember this for the rest of his days. I remember being a little kid waking up all alone at 5:30am just to watch my 3 hours of ESPN Outdoors primarily to watch your Dad, Bill and Jimmy just HOPING that I may one day meet them and hopefully fish with them. Well, that never happened, but you made that happen for this kid.
