It was easy to take notes. Vid told me about entry-level (EL) spots, what certs I need to get for each, and which tools I need to master. *Impressive... most impressive.*
i like the way you break things down, congrats im a new subscriber lol, just a suggestion, if you could ad links to where to find the jobs/skillssets you cover in the videos
Sr Technical Writer here - hate to break it to you but Technical Writing is VERY people oriented. I have days where I'm triple booked on meetings all day long. You need to communicate with your product owners and/or software devs to have a basic understanding of what they're asking to be written. So no. VERY people oriented.
Great videos. Referring back to your video "11 High Paying Certs for Remote Jobs" (and in others) you say, in the section on the Google Data Analytics Cert, that someone starting out ought to compliment this cert course with other certs +/or other online training -- So my question is what would you compliment this with? A programming language? IT support? Advanced Excel? From the perspective of maximizing your chance of breaking into the field and landing that first job after say 6 months of 10-15 hours a week learning... I have the same question regarding the Meta Back-End Developer course; or I imagine, most of the other top cert courses. I think this might make for an interesting series of videos from you as well -- outlining possible combos of certs/courses that you think would synergize well and make for a productive syllabus.
Hey Shane, thank you so much for putting these great videos for us, however can you please leave the links for the courses that we need to get for the jobs. I appreciate your work really. Thanks again
Is there a video on jobs you can do once a week? I'm transitioning from a very grindy overtime job to a regular full time job that I think I will break even on. I'd like to be able to do something with one of my days off to put into savings or paying debt faster, but I want to have the choice to just a take my day off if something comes up
Im an introvert and a ship superintendent at a shipyard 😭. I run meetings, I have to talk to so many people it is okay now, everyone is my friend now. I get out of the navy soon so i would like to see if i can get a remote job while going to university...
It's hard for me to focus on the content because the ads interrupt the video at the beginning of each sentence when he's talking about the next job on the list specifically interrupts at that exact moment so then I don't know what's really happening. My brain is completely distracted and forgot what's happening
Great videos! Are there any Work from Home employment that would be a good fit for someone Totally Blind. They use a Computer that speaks to them, but their Screen Reader does not describe, or speak Video. They have several years employed as a Tech Support person, but their Screen Reading Software does not read Databases very well. They are also a bit slower than someone sighted, but they work steady, and are reliable. Have any ideas?
Where can I find technical writer or maintenance program development remote jobs, I have been a maintenance manager for 30 years in glass, steel wood paper and lumber Manufacuring. I can write PMs, maintenance procedures, standard operating procedures, step by step cmms and repair procedures, set up bills of materials, critical spares, lube and vibration routes, etc. Any ideas?
project manager is definetly not a job for introverts, you will be talking to people all day as well as being responsible for tasks that you are not actually doing yourself.

Hmm, what role will A.I. play in all this?
AI won't replace these jobs. They will improve redundant aspects of each job/career.
interesting
lol every single one has meetings. I don't know what kind of supposed introvert you are but meetings are 💀
Nice game
I see A.I all over
