They had such a good connection, it was cute. I'm a 6'3" (190.5 c.m.), I love being tall, but growing up was really difficult at timees because people stare a lot unfortunately. Clothes were a pain, I actually went to school for fashion for this very reason (I wanted to make my own clothing) My friends are similar to the young lady, 5'3 and below only a couple are 5'8, which is nice, but I love them all.

The thing is neither the tall person nor the short person would really notice these advantages because they are so used to them they take them for granted. An easy one I can think of is that tall people have a much better view at concerts. Short people struggle because everybody is taller than them and therefore cannot see the performance as easily. Likewise, tall people also have to be careful walking through some doorways as they will hit their head on the top of the doorway, which I've seen more than once. Short people obviously don't have this problem. Tall people have problems using vehicles sometimes, especially if they are REALLY tall. They have to make sure that the vehicle they are about to purchase can accommodate their size. While short people might have this same problem to some extent it isn't quite as bad for them. There's obviously more, but I'd be here forever then lol

I'm 6'7" tall (204cm). Being a tall woman has its perks; I can reach higher shelves, look down at people (literally), and so on lol. It also has its drawbacks, like very few clothing sizes that fit, and getting an unwanted amount of attention in public. Oh, and you always have to adjust the car seat, or your knees knock at your chest lol

I’m also tall (179cm), and I relate to the struggle of wanting to be shorter so much. But yeah it really seems there’s just no way to be shorter through surgery or anything. I‘m barely taller than her, I‘m 155 cm, but I live in Germany and here average height for men is already 180 cm. And the average for younger adult men is even taller. I often notice that tables or kitchen counters are not the right height for me and I have to stand on my tiptoes or just accept that the table reaches my chest. In crowds I need to evade a lot of elbows and I‘m super afraid of people smoking in a crowd because they sometimes nearly hit my face with their cigarette. In buses I can’t reach the handles that dangle down, which means in a crowded bus I sometimes have nothing to hold onto. Meanwhile I will have someone’s armpit at my face level. In South Korea (I lived there for a year) some of these things were not a problem. The handles were low enough, most tables and kitchen countertops a comfortable height and I could even find fitting clothes a lot easier than in Germany. It was an interesting change.

Ofc if a man is super tall thats "attractive" so thats not suprising as its a desire male trait from both genders while short is desired for females. I'm 6'7" tall (204cm). Being a tall woman has its perks; I can reach higher shelves, look down at people (literally), and so on lol. It also has its drawbacks, like very few clothing sizes that fit, and getting an unwanted amount of attention in public. Oh, and you always have to adjust the car seat, or your knees knock at your chest lol

I live in Saudi Arabia and there are different ethnicities living in the country but I am mostly taller than lots of women and some men.
But for Saudi girls, from my experience, they are really short even if they are 28 year old+

The difference is so mind blowing to me and I am 5'11 (180) so I'm kinda close to 6 feet and my best friend is 5 feet (153cm) but it doesn't feel like we have that big of a difference but I guess it's because it's like a few centimeters less and I'm used to it but I'm not that used to seeing us two from far away 😭

I’m also tall (179cm), and I relate to the struggle of wanting to be shorter so much. But yeah it really seems there’s just no way to be shorter through surgery or anything.
My biggest issue is that I really don’t like getting attention, but whenever I go out anywhere, people tend to stare at me. I wish it was possible for me to have a more average height, but alas.

I‘m barely taller than her, I‘m 155 cm, but I live in Germany and here average height for men is already 180 cm. And the average for younger adult men is even taller.
I often notice that tables or kitchen counters are not the right height for me and I have to stand on my tiptoes or just accept that the table reaches my chest. In crowds I need to evade a lot of elbows and I‘m super afraid of people smoking in a crowd because they sometimes nearly hit my face with their cigarette.
In buses I can’t reach the handles that dangle down, which means in a crowded bus I sometimes have nothing to hold onto. Meanwhile I will have someone’s armpit at my face level.
In South Korea (I lived there for a year) some of these things were not a problem. The handles were low enough, most tables and kitchen countertops a comfortable height and I could even find fitting clothes a lot easier than in Germany. It was an interesting change.
