How to Make a Quick And Delicious Lasagna

Flour 1/2 cup
butter 3-4 Tbsp
Milk 500 ml
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
-250g Minced meat
2 Tbsp paste tomatoes
1/4 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp Red Pepper
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
3 Cloves garlic
