That cool piano in Fairweather Friends is played by none other than Elton John.
This album is mostly about Josh's experiences following an operation that went wrong. If you have a second listen a lot more of the lyrics will make sense
Songs for the Deaf is their most popular album but perhaps try a curveball and react to either Lullabies to Paralyze or the self-titled first album
