I am a mobile player. Once mobile players are on the rope, they are stuck for good. Also, the Voltbike Jetpack Glitch is not available too. Also the first person driving voltbike thing too. I also have another tip if I don’t have army helicopter u can get the jet pack and fly to the small police base in the city and get the helicopter for free

There is one thin you missed, that is when there is a robbery in the jewel store, you can just find the criminal from out side fliying n a helicopter throught the window, you can just crash in the jewel store through the window, there, you do not have to do the obbys to get to the criminal, you just crash right in the right level and then you can just arrest the criminal. Same as criminal, when the jewel store is closed, just crash in and then the cops can't get to you if the jewel store is closed. lol
usefull tips 1.first thing to buy is a shotgun and save up for jetpack 2.if you are hearing vehicle or guns shot check the map if there are no dots of ur color (criminals:Red) (police:Blue) u must be aware 3.helicopters is a very safe vehicle

There is another jailbreak glitch where, when you use the glass cutter to open up the jewelry store you can ram the roadster into it and the front side of it will be inside the jewelry store, so after you fill up your bag, you don't need to go through all the obstacles, you can just hop into the glitched roadster and escape.

I think you missed something.. you can be a cop and get the helicopter, lock it and land it in the prison yard, then u just be a prisoner and hijack the heli... then you escape lol
Here's a tip: Play as a cop and punch another cop to death to get a key and memorize where one prison cell and then put everything u have in the drawers then switch to a prisoner go to the same cell and inspect the cell and bam
