It is hard to do, and if you go back in water, it resets. The thing without the glitch can NOT drive on land, but it CAN if you wiggle it, though it goes very slow. And the Tesla And Patrol Bike aren’t necessarily glitched with level 5 engine, but they could be. They are also good vehicles in general.

There is a glitch I discovered a while back (and made a video on) that lets you use the jet ski on land. And it still works! Not to mention it is by far the fastest vehicle in the game when on land
Also, its actually not that hard to get the default heli, you can use the fire truck to climb up the wall of the city police station, or jump on the roof of the city police station from the mountain, its possible with the deafault camaro
Black Hawk was used to fend off the criminals raiding the prison in the black hawk cause they were dropping missiles everywhere and I needed to take cover. Eventually the police blackhawk was shot down and the driver was killed.

There is a glitch I discovered a while back (and made a video on) that lets you use the jet ski on land. And it still works! Not to mention it is by far the fastest vehicle in the game when on land

Also, its actually not that hard to get the default heli, you can use the fire truck to climb up the wall of the city police station, or jump on the roof of the city police station from the mountain, its possible with the deafault camaro
If you climb the radio tower next to the museum, you can parachute down onto the police station nearby and get the helicopter.

Black Hawk was used to fend off the criminals raiding the prison in the black hawk cause they were dropping missiles everywhere and I needed to take cover. Eventually the police blackhawk was shot down and the driver was killed.
Can u shoot army heli missiles by left mouse button?
