This video is a must-watch for anyone planning to study abroad. Applying for a student visa can be such a daunting task, but this video makes it so much easier to understand.
Hello! My dad (my dad hasn't been to the UK) agreed that he would sponsor me to go to the UK to see my boyfriend for the first time. Just want to know if my dad is my sponsor then he will make an affidavit of support, then my boyfriend will make the invitation letter? Is that right? I'm confused huhuhu
I'm planning to go to England on July to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and our first anniversary but I don't know what visa to get. He'll pay for my flight tickets and requirements expenses. We will stay only at their house with his family. I'm actually nervous and I feel like my visa will get refused since I'm still a student and dependent to my parents. Also, this will be the first time that we will see each other in person. What should I do? :c I hope you can help us decide
Hello thanks for your message. First you ll need to apply for a 6month visitors visa. Next your visa approval or rejection depends on the situation of things, for instance, what your boyfriend does, how you both met and how well you are able to proof it, your family economic and financial situation. I would suggest you tell your boyfriend to come meet you in your country first, take some really good pictures and all. Then when you plan to apply you can have proofs that you both have meet before and so on. I hope this helps a bit. Ciao ✋
