Hi, I'm enjoying your videos quite a bit while assembling my new X-10. Does anyone know if the relocation kit sold now (10/2024) includes the new bearings? My press was made in March 2023 so I am pretty sure I have the 8.0 bushings. Will FA send out new ones on request?
There is unfortunately no real simple way I have found...I'm running dramworx glass hopper that has a nice air tight aluminum cap with a seal so only time I need to empty mine is if I change powder type.

Curious - haven't received mine yet. Bullet feeder is designed, and on backorder -- at what station do they (Frankford Arsenal) suggest placing their bullet feeder, and do they also suggest (or imply) this mod to make it easier/more functional ? Thank you.
The problem I see with this solution is that the powder measure is using the case mouth flare die position. I suppose that the flare die could be moved to the primer seat position but then I would loose my FW Arms dynamic hold down die and I wonder how consistent the flare would be. I would like to try the adapter you made to clear the power measure. I am working on a similar solution where I am making a custom brass part to replace the brass part on my MrBulletfeeder bullet dropper assembly.
Most of the named positions are subjective to each reloaders needs and preferences. Using the flare die over the priming position will not effect your flare and infact works great to make sure the case is perfectly centered for the primer to aid in priming so there are only positives to doing it so you wouldn't be losing centering advantage of the FW Arms die.

Wanted to ask if the mini mr bullet feeder would work on x-10, and would it be practical, logical? I’m brand new to all this, I know nothing about anything.
Is there some particular reason that Frankford Arsenal put so many stations ahead of the powder drop instead of putting one more after the powder drop for a powder check. I don’t understand. Now you are fixing what I would call a design problem. I’m hearing a lot of very mixed thoughts about this press. I’m becoming less interested in it with every negative comment and every fix I see you guys come up with. I sure wish my super 1050 had one more station after the powder drop but it doesn’t.
Except that their bullet feed/seat system is only for pistol bullets so for rifle bullets the offset rod should provide clearance for a Mr.Bulletfeeder because you have not released the modified part needed to get a Mr.Bulletfeeder to clear the X-10 powder measure.
* forgot to say that double alpha wasn’t sure , he was thinking there was not enough space between stations. Which now brings me to this video. Would this modification clear the way ? I really hate looking like a dumb ass! … but in this case, I’m a dumb ass. Any direction would be appreciated. 🤝🏻
Drilling removes the most material, followed by boring which removes less, and reaming which removes the least Since I only removed 0.1mm from an existing 8mm hole if you want to get super technical vs a basic video I reamed it with a drill bit vs a reamer bit. 😅😅😅

Did drilling the bushing keep the power drop from being sticky? Mine becomes inconsistent when it snaps back.

Are you getting feed issues on .223? I have 1 out of 10 casings not feed into the shell plate.

The offset rod will always be an accessory...once they release their bullet feed/seat systems you won't need the rod if you use it

This will clear the room needed
You drilled it out not reamed.
