I get sleep paralysis usually. My experience usually goes like this: I “wake up” and try to get up. I realize that I’m in sleep paralysis and usually keep reminding myself in my head that nothing can hurt me. I try not to move because that usually makes it worse. I get this ringing in my ears and feel them basically throbbing, it doesn’t hurt tho. Sometimes I get hallucinations but usually I just see darkness. When I get hallucinations it’s basically like a normal dream. I just wait a few minutes reminding myself that it’s all in my head and it will end soon so nothing will hurt me. After a few minutes i wake up and take a moment to take a deep breath and calm down. I hope this helps you understand!! Also if you get sleep paralysis or just want to prevent it I have some tips! Try not to sleep on your back Don’t stay up late every night (i stay up late a lot and whenever I do I get sleep paralysis:/ That’s all :)

We used to have a haunted house in our city that was on Indian burial grounds and was built next to an abandoned town that was later turned into a manmade lake, and so many teens used to go there to mess around and try to break in. My dad, his sister and her bf, and all of his good friends decided to go the haunted house. So when my dad walked onto the lot, he started to feel strange. When they walked over to the house, he looked over at the left bay window and saw a black figure. He went home freaked out, and when his siter got home she said something about how her bf saw a figure in the left bay window. And the funny thing is that the door had a lock that if you tried to break in.. it would alert the police. My dad and his friends decided to go back to the house. They decided that they wanted to get in. One of his friends managed to break in, and it alerted the police who came rushing to the house meanwhile my dad and his friends ran past them. Few years later, the firefighters burned down the house and now there is a no tresspassing sign there. My mom held out her hand past the sign and got weird feelings. And i believe my dad and his friends, but especially my dad, because 1. The house in no longer there and the lawn is not taken care of and there is an abandoned boat as well as a cement filled in pool 2. My aunt has a picture standing right next to it 3. My dad can not tell a lie without telling the truth in the end.

Fun fact: a few days ago I went out side my room into the kitchen to get iced tea, this was at 2 AM. Dont ask why I stay up all night, im a night person. As I went out into the kitchen, I poured the iced tea and heard my dog yawn/sigh VERY CLOSE TO ME, so I went into my living room, which is connected to my kitchen and he wasnt any where to be seen. So I walked back over to my room and I look over into my parents room and hes asleep, lol..
The mind is a powerful thing. I got scratched in a dream once by a cat. I felt the sharp scratch and turned in the dream to see the cat, but there were no marks when I woke up.

Im from indonesia, and almost everyone in my town believe that if you get bruises with no explanation, it means that a ghost has been licking your body (where the bruises are) and when you feel your neck heavy (or something like that) it means that the ghost has been sticking to your back. I always get scared of that because i ALWAYS got bruises when i woke up, and i feel really heavy on my neck.

This happened to me.
one day I went to bed early at about 8.00 p.m. The other day I was woken up by a hard hit in my foot, I thought it was one of my cousins as they came to my place few days ago and stayed here. After few minutes I got up from bed and went downstairs and found no trace of them. At last I found a note that read," Hey girl, we are leaving now as mom called us", and they had wrote the time as 10.30 p.m. and I have never figured out who hit me in the foot.
