    • @kingkiller5325
      @kingkiller5325 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +29

      @@CosmicBolide From what I remember if you're a married couple it automatically entitles the wife to some level of ownership to certain properties. Especially the including the house.
      This is why even if the House is in the Husbands name he can't just order her out of it. And he can't file a case against her as a Trespasser or take any of the actions he can take against an actual Trespasser.
      Similarly say a Man owns a House. His wife invites her brother to the House. The Husband tells the brother to leave but the wife insists he stays.
      The Husband still can't file a Trespasser case against the brother. Sure he could eventually get the brother to leave by calling the cops. But he wouldn't be able to file a case against him.
      Similarly if the Husband uses physical force against the brother after he refuses to leave he could be charged with assault and wouldn't be able to defend himself using the argument that the brother was a Trespasser.
      Because the wife is a resident and atleast a partial owner of the House in some capacity.

      Believe it or not, this is rare. 1 in every 20 cops do this. It's seems like more because we focus on them more, but it's actually not that much. It seems like even more because there are more cops than most other people in other jobs.

      @@MYSTERYBLACKROSEFor starters, 1 in 20 is higher than the average for violent crimes in the rest of society. Secondly, that's the rate of filed and reported stats, which everyone knows is lower by so many crimes by LEOs get swept under the rug. The truth is that modern cops have frighteningly higher rates of domestic violence, and that's bc cop spouses can't be threatened and coerced like most cop victims. These Hollywood shows you like aren't real, and there's no Andy Griffith or hot Officer Honest Nice Guy, Bootlicker. Modern cops are trained wrong, directed wrong, and handled wrong, creating monsters that are almost 150% more likely to beat their spouses as junkies and thieves will.

    I wonder if anyone taking up for the husband actually watched the show. They are married and while theyre married and living together her husband cheats on her and does drugs. She tells him to leave and seperates from him for a while. THEYRE SEPERATED THEY DONT LIVE TOGETHER. She didnt cheat. He did. Its not his house anymore. If you dont sleep there its not your home except on paper. My mom and dad divorce went on for 4 years almost till it was finalized and they both dated during the process. If my dad hypothetically came to our house that he no longer lived in and saw a man my mom was on a date with and pulled a gun im sorry there wouldve been no excuse. If your seperated your no longer together. When you have a relationship you have 2 consenting parties that have a mutual agreement to be together. People can be married on paper for decades and not be in a relationship.

      It’s sorta like telling people you care about education but don’t want to actually financially support it.
      Or, for context, saying you care about your children but not wanting them to have anything above the basics. Those “extra funds” for better shoes, movie nights or games can come out of the woman’s paycheck. Oh, yeah… she’s still gonna need to work since sacrificing your body isn’t hard enough.
      I’m trying to feel for you… understandably it’s tougher for you since you’ll have to keep making that $1 for the $.63 cents she makes and stuff.

    Well she was cheating with another dude before she filed for divorse so that means she is at fault and the officer that attacked the cheater will get reduced charges at it was not premeditated, it was in the heat of the moment caused due to outrage with only assult and battery being the charge and potentially threat with a firearm.
    Since he did not hit his wife and she shows that there is no record of familial abuse even in this situation(he did not hit her).

But until the papers are finalized you are still married. That's infidelity and flaunting it at that. They hit you with a divorce and before the papers are even on the table of a lawyers desk she brings another man home. You walk in on them fuckin eachother. And your drunk. How would you react?
