LIST OF MATERIALS (For the latex mold) Latex rubber liquid Latex rubber thickener oil (optional) (For the fiberglass case) Fiber matt Resin Application tools
Nice video. It is easier if you first coat the inside of your fibreglass in resin, or apply a coat of resin on the item...then press in your fibreglass, then wet the outside...working with a dry sheet like you do takes more time and you are more likely to struggle with bubbles en air pockets.
i saw the video that said we do not use oil with latex becuase can damage the latex. he said it;s better to mix castor oil with rubbing alcohol). does oil damaged latex for long time? thanks
Thanks for your concern, but I didn't do this in direct sun light as I know the effect of it. It was actually a nice cool weather season when I did this project.
Very informative, and unlike myself, no needless yammering. Haha. Thank you! ✊🏻
Ang galing! I enjoyed watching this video. Thanks for sharing. Big like.

That's how I preferred to do it, but thanks for imparting your ideas.
What is this Liquid Latex. Is it the same material used by make up artist for making fake skin textures such as wounds?
Why do you rub castor oil on tbe statue first? Will this help the release of the latex.. Or another reason
Yes it serves as a release agent.
What do you use as a release agent before you apply the fiberglass?
Hi, I've used PVA release agent.
Thank you!
hi. what kind of thickener do you used with latex? thanks alot.
Hi, the thickener that I've used is in this video link. th-cam.com/video/Ta8rynlZyWA/w-d-xo.html

does oil damaged latex for long time?
thanks
I've used castor oil.
Don't use petroleum based products. Casteroil with rubbing alcohol is the best.
hello. for fiberglass mother mold insted of using resin, can we mix fiberglass with latex (same material of latex mold).?
No, I don't think so.
❤❤it😊😊🎉
How long does it take for the first layer of latex to dry?
couple of hours
‼️This should not be done in direct sun light, this is the quickest way to degrade latex ‼️
Thanks for your concern, but I didn't do this in direct sun light as I know the effect of it. It was actually a nice cool weather season when I did this project.
Love your videos! How many coats of latex do you give everything?
Hi, thanks! I do 15 to 20 coats.
Hi. Not knocking but you don't need to put release agent on before latex. Only before fibreglass
Hi, I've tried both process and it doesn't make any difference. It's actually how you preferred it.
i cant find any materials online
Hi, list of the materials are in my description. Thanks
@@pamcarluk they are unavailable it says on amazon
@Bricky Boii Sorry, I didn't know it wasn't available. Maybe you can try Ebay and just use the list of materials from my description to search.
