Rest in Peace. He was the first author I really READ outside of school literature. I read Jurassic Park in 4th grade and it was SIIIIICK. He's a visionary of sorts. I wonder what kind of ideas he's working on now with the greats, Asimov, Clarke, Bradbury... alas.
really true..i also am astounded over the fact that almost all the credit for creating dinosaurs went out to Steven Spielberg when the mere conception was Crichton's..don't u think?
Charlie interviews some fascinating people, and overall they're good interviews, but I hate how hes always putting words in their mouths and not letting them speak for themselves.

Yeah It got me thinking as a movie but really it was poorly constructed
USA has another great industry called Hollywood. right?
Yeah Clarke is a creeper for sure... but he writes tight books.
