One thing you all need to understand about credit. Credit is predatory. Meaning, it's designed for those at risk, i.e., the poor. The less you make, chances are, you're going to get behind or miss payments. There is where the money is made. There's no money to be made on those that are disciplined and diligent. Understand the game!!!
I agree bro, credit cards 💳 suck to me too. Limits, $250 is for the birds. Thinking ok just putting a $1000 or 2 onto a “secured card” and get one that has some travel perks to kinda build my own flight card. I don’t know if that would work but hey. I feel you man, to be continued. Keep up the vids
Auston, you sell products online. You might want to form an LLC and apply for a business line of credit. You probably will get a much bigger line of credit that way.
You will get a few more stares in Europe especially Eastern Europe. It will make you a little uncomfortable at first until you realize why. Many Eastern European women have seen African blacks men before but they most have never tried one to satisfy their curiosity before. The American blacks are are the most cherished by the ladies because most American black men seldom travel to Eastern Europe.
@@jermainenowels9511 my personal exposure to Eastern European women was limited to my many deployments for weeks to months at a time to United Arab Emirates as well as many over night lay-overs as a transport flight crew member. I was stationed with a girl from turkey for a few years. By location turkey can be considered an Eastern European country. I’ve visited turkey about 3 or 4 times personally. I had another co-worker who lived with a Russian girl for several months while contracting in the in the Middle East. I have personally dated several Western European women myself one for a 10 year plus relationship. When I make comments about countries I have travelled to, which is about 30 countries for me so far, much of it is from my personal experience. However, there are so many places I have flown to the first time I thought was dead. I come back to a little more research by talking to other peoples and the next trip is 100% different. Until I start back traveling again my mind has been fueled for additional curiosity of reading, studying travel video bloggers to research and absorb like a sponge as much knowledge as I can from the other 200 countries I haven’t been to yet. The reason being the more information a person is equipt with when you travel to a new countries the faster things will happen. I have a cozillion war stories that I personally experienced traveling overseas that I don’t have time to go into in this forum. One interesting videos that gave a little insight was from a black blogger in Ukraine a couple years before the war who said he felt the reason eastern women are attracted to black men had a lot to do with curiosity and rarity. That I can personally relate with when I lived in Asia for 3 years American and Western women (which we used to refer to as “round eyes”) that was a rarity and if you got lucky enough to date one that was bragging rights.
Going over 30% doesn't matter unless you're about to finance something or apply for a new credit card. So, before you finance something or apply for a new credit card, get your utilization under 30%

Not sure if you're doing this or not but do not put self-employed on any credit application. If you have an LLC give yourself a job title. It can be whatever you want. If you have the money get a secured card with a 5 to 6000 credit limit but you must deposit that much into the account. Then that new credit limit amount will start showing on your credit report then you will be able to get credit cards unsecured at a higher limit. Once you get the new credit cards at the high limit terminate the secure card and you'll get a refund of your deposit.

You have to get you CC information updated! Get a major card like chase or BoA and not one of those smaller cards. You will definitely need to tell them your income. Your limit is way to little compared to your income. You may not have enough credit history but you should be using your credit card for 80% of all your transactions but the key is not having a card with foreign transactions fees. Eventually you will qualify for a cash back or travel rewards but you haven't gotten there yet based on your history.
@@edwardlawler9487 true, you are right. I have a credit union CC. It has a lower APR but that doesn't matter because I use my other CC for the Cashback.
Listening to your rant about credit cards.....There is a bunch of different reasons for why you may or may not get approved for certain types of cards....One of the main reasons is your credit worthiness. Also, your credit worthiness is also going to be the main determining factor in the terms & conditions that the lender sets, once you are approved. So before applying see what's on your credit reports....There may be something negative on your reports that you just simply aren't aware of. Lastly, apply for the type of credit cards that you desire, with the bank that you have had a checking &/or savings account with the longest......Because banks do factor in "Prior Relationship" status when deciding if they are going to grant you credit; or not.....And some banks require some type of prior relationship status before they will give you anything outside of a checking & a savings. Hope this is helpful.
If you have secured credit cards or cards with low limits if will be hard to get a travel card. BUT, there is a way to get it. Anytime you’re preapproved. Take a picture before you push the button. That way you can get that inquiry off of your credit report.
Yeah, bruh, the Amex Platinum and Chase Sapphire Reserve would be so beneficial for you. They change my hold travel experience. I hope you can eventually get them.
brotha hop on the trade lines you can buy your way into a 20k credit card , it will show up on your report for how ever long you pay monthly for it then apply for a 20k card while your score boosty
For credit card, a relative can add you in to his or her account. The relative will have a separate card than you, but will share the credit limit with you. I added a relative to my account now he has a $1k card. Beware, if the relative does not pay on time, it will reflect negatively on you also, even though you do not owe on it.
Bro keep your credit utilization under 30% and every three months you can call your bank and ask for an increase in your limit that’s the key to what your trying to do.
It has nothing to do with wether or not you have “strong African features” cause you even look Nigerian yourself. It was just the fact you looked like an outsider.
Hey you may have done this already but just in case you haven’t. I would get a copy of all three of your credit reports just to make sure you haven’t been a victim of credit fraud. Someone could have easily used you info to get a line of credit and not paid or been late paying whatever they purchased under your name

@@AustonHolleman If you have been denied so many times for cards thats a hard inquiry which too many inquries makes u seem desperate for credit. banks can see that & are turned off by that. You would have to stop applying for a while to give it a break. Things that turn your credit up is less hard inquries, age of accounts, consistency on how you use and manage your credit. Yes you have credit but have you consistently month after month used it for 2 3 4 7 years. Mortgage, personal loans, auto laons, credit cards all reporting on your score meaning a healthy credit mix is great. Are you using 10% or less of your overall credit. This stuff takes a lot of time. Truth is credit isn't for everyone.....it would be in your best interest to maybe have a lawyer that could look over your credit and help with that but asking people on here u will get a lot of bad advice. Credit is not necessarily about money spent its about your financial consistency, debt to income, and your overall banking relationships. Look at it as a club or a membership. And again.
Welcome to Europe! Looking forward to the upcoming vlogs
Auston, you sell products online. You might want to form an LLC and apply for a business line of credit. You probably will get a much bigger line of credit that way.
Shout out to my dawg from Germany! 🥳
You’re living the dream!!!
That cologne is the shit! It's definitely a keeper
What's the name of it??
You will get a few more stares in Europe especially Eastern Europe. It will make you a little uncomfortable at first until you realize why. Many Eastern European women have seen African blacks men before but they most have never tried one to satisfy their curiosity before. The American blacks are are the most cherished by the ladies because most American black men seldom travel to Eastern Europe.
Didn’t know thts wht Eastern European women thought American black men. What European countries did u experience this in?
African black man are still African you m0r0n
Going over 30% doesn't matter unless you're about to finance something or apply for a new credit card. So, before you finance something or apply for a new credit card, get your utilization under 30%
@AustonHolleman Nigeria has a population of 220mil the U.S has 330mil that's why they're everywhere. Also it's predicted by the year 2034 Nigeria will have surpassed the US in population 354mil.
Love the presentation when u show us the aiport shots and background music. Great editing combination it just made me more interesting to watch. Im not a film editor, but watching this imma pack my bags, rent my house out and just travel.
You’re in for a good time on this trip!
@unbiasedreviews6167I have what you want to know?
Not sure if you're doing this or not but do not put self-employed on any credit application. If you have an LLC give yourself a job title. It can be whatever you want. If you have the money get a secured card with a 5 to 6000 credit limit but you must deposit that much into the account. Then that new credit limit amount will start showing on your credit report then you will be able to get credit cards unsecured at a higher limit. Once you get the new credit cards at the high limit terminate the secure card and you'll get a refund of your deposit.
Try Truist. As long as you are keeping an address in the states you should get a descent limit.
I’d like to tell you man you real talk you tell the truth about everything you said keep up the good work big brother I like your continent did everything
If you have a registered business you could get an American Expreas for your LLC easily. I'm not even American or a Resident & i have an american express platinum but the basic requirements for me to get it was having at minimum $50k in a US bank. Bank of America has a good card that has zero international transaction fees also
I learned something new today. I didn't know being a passport bro was associated with cheapness, or trying to save a lot of money 😄
Part of the passport bros thing was always stretching dollar
Financial responsibility is a virtue. Making it rain is dumb.
Nah it’s what you make it.
@@ashbennett261
Once you leave the States silly habits make you stand out. Everyone can then see that you are a dumb American.
The normal people will avoid you and the dangerous people will target you.
This is the most childish comment I ever saw. It's called being an adult.
I was just in Istanbul. The lounge is overcrowded, but the Nap Zone is really nice!
Great video 📹 👍
You have to get you CC information updated! Get a major card like chase or BoA and not one of those smaller cards. You will definitely need to tell them your income. Your limit is way to little compared to your income. You may not have enough credit history but you should be using your credit card for 80% of all your transactions but the key is not having a card with foreign transactions fees. Eventually you will qualify for a cash back or travel rewards but you haven't gotten there yet based on your history.
Credit unions please enough with the chase/boa regular bank stuff so many better options with credit cards from credit unions!!!
@@edwardlawler9487 true, you are right. I have a credit union CC. It has a lower APR but that doesn't matter because I use my other CC for the Cashback.
Of his channel income is under an LLC he'd get a high limit business card easily
@@Akeem_768 he needs to build his personal credit by the sounds of it.
Nice be safe my bro
I was in nice france on french rivera they were everywhere on the street selling stuff so true. They are cool people tho!lol
Good luck with women in eastern Europe it will be somewhat exspensive in Eastern Europe
A lot of chicks from Croatia would hit me up on dating sites, you should try there too. I guess they're down for brown too 😂
Kenzo is a hidden gem..it's really good stuff.
The reason he is paying so much in Asia is because he is in tourist areas and the airport is always cost more
Yeah, bruh, the Amex Platinum and Chase Sapphire Reserve would be so beneficial for you.
Dope video young bro!!
Discover and American Express are usually easier to get.
You are a funny dude bro. Keep the content coming!!
Bro keep your credit utilization under 30% and every three months you can call your bank and ask for an increase in your limit that’s the key to what your trying to do.
I did that
It has nothing to do with wether or not you have “strong African features” cause you even look Nigerian yourself. It was just the fact you looked like an outsider.
What’s the difference. They still ignored me
@@AustonHolleman It was probably the area you were in. Don’t generalize.
@deeran7 I agree, he has strong Igbo features.
You rock! Man!
Hey you may have done this already but just in case you haven’t. I would get a copy of all three of your credit reports just to make sure you haven’t been a victim of credit fraud. Someone could have easily used you info to get a line of credit and not paid or been late paying whatever they purchased under your name
Austin, you darn right-be shameless. Be not concerned with what people think, for thine own sake. Do you always simply because no one else is going to care for you but you. And if they don’t like, what can they do about it but be jealous. Ha-Haaaa, you know what I’m talking bout. Proud of you fella, yep real proud… Enjoy your life
Your credit card situation is crazy. The first credit I ever got was an American Express gold card.
That’s a blessing, I was denied for that one twice
the music is dope 🥰
Bro, use your cards for everything you can and pay off the ENTIRE balance every month after a few months you can actually call the credit card company and ask them to increase your limit, additionally you need to establish an LLC and business credit ….or do nothing🤷🏾♂️
You gotta realize 65 percent of the nation is in credit card default. The repossession on cars is also high . A recession is coming but you won't feel the effects until they raise interest rates again before we are into deep fall & into spring. The fall of 2024 is when we will feel the full blunt of the effects of recession. Don't live in excess, pay down your debts if you can . You can try Navy Fed they might green light you....
I have never used a credit card ,but I'm seriously considering it for travel and to have good enough credit to buy a house.
Europeans are very jealous of black men with their women be very careful, especially in some Eastern European countries!! Don't get Murkkk out there young cat.
Get a Google Fi sim card. It works well in most countries, so you won't have to always get a sim. You can order it now, but you have to activate it in the US.
I had one, they didn’t work an any countries. I googled it and a lot of people were having that issue
Not sure where your credit score is, however, chase sapphire preferred card is great for traveling. Reward points, etc. If you haven’t checked them out, it’s worth it. Plus no foreign fees. 😂
Go say hey to Andrew Tate for me 🤣
Word bro, 'People act different outside their home country.'
Great vlog! Romania has some nice people and beautiful women.
You can get a vias on arrival at Istanbul.....also dont be afraid to take the train to different European locations.....
Navy Federal Credit Union or any credit union would be your best bet
you are correct about Dubai l was there for a week and spent 20000 dollars a fun but a bit pricey
You'll never have to worry about the looks fam. I was on contract out there for 2yrs My ex is Romanian and they have no problem approaching you. Trust if they wanna holla they'll come directly to you lol. Enjoy it bruva..
Look at Auston's eyes after smoking that cigar. lol

Still waiting on the “being black” in Romania
🙏🏾Auston, Anything you can find out about foreigners being able to own property in Romania or any type of business ventures, franchises or investments that are currently profitable would be amazing sir. Thank You 🤜🏽✈️🌐🤛🏾
I love Dubai. Every woman in the world is there.
Auston, you and I have a gap in age; i.e. I'm a couple of decades older than you. However, I think its important you continue your work as an influencer traveling the world showing young men here at home in the USA what the world has to offer outside the USA. 15 yrs + ago young men that looks like your did not have the ability to showcase their travel around the world for other Men & young African American men to see via a digital or televised platform for anyone to see. Sir, keep up the good work and PRESS ON, Mate !!!!!!
Stop with the “African American” term!! It’s degrading!!

@@wc7318 we are not part of them nor do they view us as Africans. Black Americans sir!! Only if you knew what they say about black Americans, you would change your label really quick!! Ask yourself this question. Do you here whites walking around say “I am European American “?
@@Jon-p4g I appreciate your respond, However, who gives a Fxxk about what "they" think or how they view us. Their thinking doesn't put money in my pocket or put my bank acct. It's best to keep ones focus on the Big picture of life and enjoyment. I think its best not to get side tracked focusing on trivial matters of little to no importance.
Banks must know you're a Passport Bro😂
If you deposit and maintain your desired amount $ into your choice of account, at your choice of bank it will enable you to get a secured credit card. It will periodically be reviewed and increased without additional security deposit. Like many others have said, Airports hold very little weight in determining what a location's culture is like.
I got denied for a secured card 3 times
And again. Some people don't have time to learn it.....
The country the tates love to be in
Not the best block of countries for black men since there is is kind of a race tier list, but it's also a great country if that doesn't become a thing
I know that smoking area in Istanbul very well. I always had some long a$$ layovers there.
Dammm 9$ buck for a RedBull . It cost that much for 2 of the really big cans here in Manhattan NYC . That's crazy just one more reason to never go to Dubai .
