- Hello hello!
As requested I decided to try out Ibispaint for you guys! Overall opinion on the program is super good! Though I am going to keep using Procreate as my main drawing program on my ipad for digital painting! I will have another Ibispaint video next week so I can explain some stuff about it!

As for brushes..... um i used the pencil #1 (changed the opacity) for sketching. Pen Fade for the base colours. Oriental (Shan Shui) with Air Trapezoid 80%/60%. Then I also used Round Brush (particle) with Air Trapezoid 80% for all the rendering. I think thats it?

Oof- I use gacha and trace the hair
i recommend looking on pinterest for references or watching youtube for hair tutorials. hair is not the easiest at first, but when you experiment with different types it gets easier! it just takes a lot of practice and being comfortable with your style.
That's what I'm literally thinking. Likeee, I always struggle with the strands.
minty swirls i left the gacha community lol i feel as doing gacha edits so long and not drawing did nothing but make me lazy in drawing because i i did was trace or shade

Using circle tool would just make it a circle on a head
the circle doesnt have to be perfect so its fine if its look like an oval or something

never be discouraged if u lack enough money to buy fancy art materials...u can use your finger and your phone or buy other stylus online for cheap! having an ipad and apple pencil definitely are nicer and easier, but having them doesnt instantly equal talent. im sure this artist got to her level by lots of practice!💞

i recommend buying one from amazon (especially the ones that say you can put your hand on the tablet) and they are like 30 dollars which is not that expensive compared to the apple pencil

Use a paper towels/tissue paper, make it a bit wet and stick it to a pen then you can use it on ipad,phone,tablet or other devices. Not efficient, but worth trying! Hope it helps °v°

I love how Ibis is finally getting some love! I do this thing where I have this ad my bg music/ I draw with you whenever I'm drawing but you usually use other apps while I use ibis so I kinda felt isolated somehow, but the fact that you drew on ibis this good made me have so much inspiration thank you!!

it's really easy to make a stylus at home! all you need is an old pen/pencil, some aluminium foil and some famp cotton. there are hundreds of tutorial :D

medibang is personally my favorite app out of everything i’ve tried. i’m hoping to get an ipad soon though so i might transfer to procreate but who knows

Everybody get that feeling at a certain point right? Lmaooooooo ALSO i sujest u to try an app called easycanvas!!! It make you able to draw on the screen of your ipad as a screen graphic tablet!! U just need to instal the app on the ipad, the program on the pc and plug the ipad in the pc via usb lightning!!! I use is so much amd it is incredible!!! And your art and video are beautifull!!

You can create your own sketch brushes which feels more natural! I recommend using the texture brush! Customize the brush a bit, and it will work well!

Atleast for me, a drawing tablet is much easier since I'm always zooming in on my phone to get more precise lines, and also pressure sensitivity is waaay more better.
You can draw with fingers yes, but in my opinion getting used to a tablet is way easier.

I use an iPad Pro 128gb and ibis paint is a good free alternative to procreate. It does malfunction some times as you said even on an iPad Pro. I still prefer procreate. Also wanted to say I love your videos and your style!!! I also love that you erase if you want to erase I’m always so scared I’ll mess it up .. thanks for the videos !!

Pro create is definitely more professional than Ibis Paint but I think that Ibis Paint is more than enough for a free program...
Also may I ask how many layers you used?

If i remember correctly, i had 4 layers before i merged to 3! I have one for the BG colour, my sketch, a duplicated version of my sketch as a safety net, and then a layer for all my colours. I then merge my sketch and my colour layer when i start to clean and render stuff! :D
