Virtual singer is a reference to the literal translation of vocaloid, which is software that can be used to make vocals, miku isnt a real person but a personification

Fun Fact: In the trailer, there is a RLCS 2024 reference, where Oski from Team Oxygen did a Squishy save and pinch across the map on Team BDS. Funny how they decided to use it on a trailer.

The anthems bundle is probably 600 credits, it doesn't make sense that you can buy them individually for 300 credits and then spend the same on the bundle

Hatsune Miku is a voice synthesizer which pretty much means that her vocals are made up of splicing prerecorded sounds, kind of like the old school TF2 animations. So her songs are actually made by different producers who come up with her lyrics and the beat. It does sound a bit weird but some songs using her are pretty good like “Hero by ayase”
Oh dang...I didnt know that! And Yeah Ill def take a listen to some of those songs. I tried to listen to her top 5 and it wasnt for me haha
@ Perfectly understandable, the vocals dont sound very natural so it can be off putting. They did go over the top in the article but i still find it funny that significantly more people responded negatively to it compared to the Fortnite release. Just sounds like more people i can piss off 😭
miku is more like an instrument than an artist. a lot of electronic artists use the miku program and tune it to make their own music so it really depends on who you listen to. i personally love a producer named kikuo, but i suggest just looking up a miku playlist on youtube to get a sampler. i just started listening to miku a month or two ago myself and it took me a while to get it, but now i love miku.

I have a few suggestions for what you should listen to, the top 5 are old songs and are considered classics but not neccessarily the best music nowadays, Whats popular now are the miku songs made my Deco-27 and PinnochioP, songs like hibana ghost rule, monitoring, the vampire, alien alien, and god-ish are all really really good songs that are popular

One it's been around since Early 2000's so is nestolgic...also she's everywhere from songs, to videogames to anime so people can get into her from different things. Idk I understand her syth voice is a taste thing but some people use her vocals well so I feel like you might find one you like... unless you don't like Japanese music as I will agree most of her good songs are made by Japanese artists
