Means when, after breaking of a neutral atom of depletion region in electron snd hole. Hole moves toward P type semiconductor and electron moves toward N type semiconductor. Basically they increase nonstop concentration of holes and electrons in P &N type semiconductor? ??

Why does the electrons moves towards the n-type region. N type already have lots of electrons, they should have move towards the electron defficient region (p-side). And same with the case of holes
