    I purchased 2 bottles of this marketed as (Subaru coolant conditioner - $9.00 for 2 bottles) and used one bottle to try and fix heater core problem 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 6 cyl. Garage wanted $500 to fix. Took it out for a 10 minute drive warming up the engine and came home and parked it. Next day took it out for a 45 minute highway drive and came home --NO DRIPS! Been a month now and still no drips. I think it works!!!

      It does work. My heater core was dripping, really bad. & it fixed it. But after a few months, I started driving the truck a little harder, getting on it. More and more and it blew the plug it made out of the heater core a little bit & started steaming my windshield. So I added another bottle, and it has been good to go ever since. I just don't drive it as hard now. Lol

      Subaru used to put this directly into their new vehicles to prevent cooling leaks. Not sure if that is a good idea or not.

    This stuff does work, but I recommend mixing it up in water/coolant before pouring it in if you can’t pour it directly into the radiator. I have had issues in the past with it globbing up and settling at the bottom of the overflow bottle, though it probably wouldn’t do the same in a radiator since there’s always circulation in there. Good luck!

      I've been lucky. It has worked every since, but my truck does have really good circulation. No issues with the radiator it was just a heater core leaking. So luckily, it circulates through the bottle pretty good. But I thought the same thing when I was doing it. Lol

      @ezboyrc553 I watched a different video and the guy had 220,000 miles on his car with leaks all through the coolant system and he used k seal. He posted an update comment on that video 2 years later and 245,000 miles and said it was still working 💪🏻

    I'm going to try this tomorrow, I have the same symptoms you were having - foggy windows, and the smell of anti-freeze.

      It has been a couple of months I believe. and I drive the truck every single day with the heat on and have not had an issue yet and have not had to add any antifreeze since then either.

    I have a small weep coming from the front of my vehicle. I assume my rad has a small hole in it or something. The new rad is only $45 bucks but the kicker is that it takes 10 hours to pull the front of the vehicle apart and replace it. That is a lot of work, I am seriously thinking about trying this stuff out first.

    • @ezboyrc553
      @ezboyrc553  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I would try it first. Most other stop leaks will plug up the engine. This kind does not. My truck still runs fine.

    That bar's leak is but next to worthless, I never could get that stupid c*** to work.

    Any update on how long the K Seal worked for?

    • @ezboyrc553
      @ezboyrc553  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It has worked great. I still drive the truck to this day. Mine had a massive heater core leak, the first bottle, sealed it, but after about a month and a 1/2, it started to leak just a tiny little bit. So I added a second bottle and have had no issue since, and I drive the truck very hard. It has lots of power, and I'm not easy on it with over 300000 miles. And i'm not sponsored by this product either.I just highly recommend it.
      If your leak is smaller than mine, the first bottle will work fine. Mine wasn't dripping, it was pouring and it worked. It's definitely worth trying.It does not hurt the engine at all like some of the other brands that just plug stuff up.

    Is it still stopping the leak

    • @ezboyrc553
      @ezboyrc553  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      It is. My windshield started fogging up the other day a little bit. So I added the other half a bottle that I still had. And then that stopped and it's working great still.
      One hundred percent better than anything else i've ever tried.

      You're welcome. Yes, it does work very well. Mine did start leaking a little bit again, so I added a little more, and it's been fine ever since. My truck now has over 300.000 miles on it & It never overheats.
