I test sprayed this on paper at a department store and left it in my jacket and probably accidentally rubbed it on there as well. left my jacket on my kitchen table and the scent lingered around the house, not for a day or two but the smell stayed on my jacket for over a month. No joke, I was shooked.
I just picked up Molecule 04 and yes, the projection isn't very much more than about 2ft at best, unless you douse yourself in it - even then, you still get a slightly bigger radius and diffusion time. I suggest to spray it in your hair on the back of your head, and on you neck (don't forget to moisturize back there). Note: you have to let it sit on your skin for about 20 minutes before it really starts smelling like magic. This is one of those fragrances you appreciate after waiting a little. M04 does indeed, smell like some type of sandalwood on my skin. It has a Molecule 02 vibe in the sense that it reminds you of a woodsy-like scent but definitely very different. Molecule 02 offers a strong aphrodisiac effect while Molecule 04 is like "what could be missing" from Molecule 02, which leads me to this: I layered M02 and M04 waited about 10 minutes, then the evolved scent is like a fine wood-sculpture art gallery, where every sculpture was carved from different woods but with this one sharp note that stands out from 02, for sure. It makes you want to keep smelling it...kind of like the way some people want to keep smelling gasoline. Odd, like that. Anyway, the 20 minute dry down with the layered fragrances is definitely unique and great smelling. 04 by itself is really smooth and I really like it. If you use equal amounts of 02 and 04, the 02 seems to be the dominant scent. That is all for now.
I like this line & M04 / M01 works really well on my skin & adds a unique twist when layering . 04 is great with floral notes to add a nice woodsiness to the fragrance. Nice review Steven!

I just won a 30ml bottle of 04 in store- when purchasing some Le Labo Vetiver in Liberty (London). Tried some on in store to see if I would be happy with it and it was really nice. I’m going on holiday to Greece in the week so I think this will be my summer holiday takeaway scent! Thanks for your review 👍🏼
Finally tried this one . It took a couple of days for my nose to pick this one up. I would catch whiffs of it off the bottle sitting 3 feet away and it smelled very nice. It’s better worn for me away from the neck -more on the hands .wore this with Original Santal which complements M04 very well. Lasts all day for me kinda goes in and out .
where is it made please? i received mine, it seems original but "MADE IN BRASIL" i have another escentric 04 "MADE IN ENGLAND" molecule 04 "MADE IN BRASIL" is very weak i think, although in every review i saw that molecule 04 is very strong and fills the whole room, even the building. molecule 04 is weak or strong scent? where is your bottle made in?
Sorry I'm late... In my thinking 04 sounds like one I would try for the scent alone. I have heard they are all very light. The 01, I would use due to my skin eating up heavy fragrances. It may be my saving grace for projection and longevity. Thank you, sir for the review.
I actually really like the Molecule line. I own 01 as well as 02. I get great performance from them when my body heats up! These are light enough to wear to the gym but still get noticed when your body warms up to it! I haven't tried 03 or 04 yet, but I would definitely like to give them a try. What now would you like them to try to do Steven?
I agree with everything you pointed out! I, too, find them reappearing on the skin when the body heats up. I use Molecule 01 the most for layering due to the purported pheromone-like effect, and despite getting several compliments, I know that correlation doesn't always equal causation. I don't have molecule 4 but I do have an enjoy escentric 04..... I currently use molecule 01 for layering to amplify weak but absolutely stunning smelling fragrances like black walnut by banana republic.

did not like Shuhrah by rassi at all, too deep too dark, but I did not like Oma Passione Uomo by laura biagiotti at all to sweet.but now I have two 100 ml bottle 50/50, one of the best smells I know now, On dates I layer either RL purple label (lunch) or CD Homme Intense (dinner) magic!
