I don't understand why they allowed Tony Stewart to have his car serviced while he was serving a penalty. You should come in, serve your penalty, then go around again and come in for service. If that's not a NASCAR rule, it should be.
If I were President of NASCAR, I'd change the rulebook so that if a driver gets the black flag at any point in the season, he would have have his car parked for the remainder of the season; this would reduce the number of cars in the starting grid for the next race. The number of cars in the starting grid would keep decreasing until only one driver remains; that driver would be declared the NASCAR Champion by default without the remaining races taking place and also win $4,200,000 in cash.

This may not mean anything to almost everyone else, but it is important to me that an innocent man not be criticized for things beyond his control. Martin is a very respectable man and statements that disparage his character are just not right. I know it is obvious, but Mark Martin is my all time favorite driver
