Nothing has ever helped me as much as Suzanne! Over the past ten years I have struggled with alcohol and severe consequences. I have tried multiple programs but nothing has helped me as much as my one on ones with her. I believe that as I get more time staying and living life sober…enjoying life…it will become my new lifestyle. Wonderful visualisation helps me on the weekends to absorb the stresses from busy work family life... I experienced long-covid and menopauae depression in the past
I had strong PTSS with neg.emotion I wd say domunante.And listening to you meditation brain quickly,easy shifted to relax,deep positive,satisfaid emotional stait.Im suprised how it works.Feels like miracle. Thank You❤❤❤

I have been separated for a couple of years now. He was abusive and narcissistic. An addict as well to crystal meth. I began dating a friend of mine, last year. He recently began pulling away and eventually ghosted me after I spent 4 days with him. To say the least, I have not been well. Your TH-cam hypnotherapy sessions have literally saved my life. I listen to them in the middle of the night when I wake up anxious or before bed. Sometimes at the beginning of the day. Thank you SO much ❤
