If you press and hold the bottom button for 3 seconds the walk assistance kicks in ...I'm not talking about the plus and minus button hear but the very bottom little black button underneath the bottom of the unit....BTW is it the grip controller unit?...looks different to the one I've got? But ya I've had my first one pinched n got it replaced with excat same one....I love mine ❤❤❤

It should have walk assist its on the spec sheet for the bike maybe hold the plus or negative button and it will come up on display
Whats power like from that motor?
Seat lowered at this point btw. Had a long downhill run before this.
